Windows 10 not updating+Microsoft store and apps both not working

[Why are]

Hello, my file search box Doesn't works.I click it it.It does nothing.My Microsoft store and its all apps like camera,photos and media,etc.And most big problem is I literally can't update my windows 10.It shows up to date,but it isn’t.ease help me.Also When i open a app it shows a bar but then it just disappears in a mile second.The next time I open the apps of Microsoft store,It shows nothing,other than my home screen or what am i doing in my pc.
