Hello, everybodyI'm using Windows 10, I have recently been facing a problem that every single exe file takes forever to open.At the beginning I though the issue was with only one file " a program I use for my work it always takes time to open", but recently, I've noticed that every single exe file takes a lot of time.I have tried almost everything, DCIM and SFC, using other apps to clean cache, self repair, and none seems to change the problem.I'm thinking about installing a new Windows copy, however I want to explore other solutions "if there's any" and to confirm that it's a software not a h
