How to reconnect a usb device has been deleted ejected?

today I bought a usb wifi and it showed the icon safely remove something then I click on it then I didn't know what it was I click to eject the USB then it showed me a notification about safely remove then my USB stopped working it not show me the light please help me I tried to unplug t and plug it again many times and it is not working
