How many times can a Retail windows 10/11/server key work after replacing the motherboard?

As I do hardware reviews frequently, sometimes involving changing the cpu and motherboard(for example between AMD and intel), I wonder how many times can a geniune retail key activate the system, after a hardware change which triggers the deactivation?The change of hardware only involves replacing the existing hardware with something else, it doesn't mean activating the liscence on two difference computers at the same time.Thank you.
