my pc is suck in a rebooting loop and then has been crashing all night what can i do?

my pc was glitching it wouldn't let me type and keep freezing every 5-10 seconds, couldn't open settings. So i went to the log in screen of my pc then troubleshooting menu to reset this pc, and it worked and finished the percentage but now its suck on the preparing to launch screen for about 3 seconds then crashes what can i do to fix this?
