Keep windows media controls in lock screen even when media is paused

Hi,When I lock my screen and something is playing, I see the media controls in the lock screen. However, when I pause the music, the controls will not be there anymore. I want to be able to pause and unpause from the lockscreen, even if I have been pausing for a longer time.I noticed the keyboard media play button also doesnt work anymore from the lock screen once the mediapanel gets hidden. How can I configure windows to allow media play to be invoked when in lock screen/at any time?
