Installed Windows update yesterday. after it loaded when I tried to log in to my desktop it said my old PW was no longer valid. Couldn't get code for PW recovery because it displyed an old email that I no longer have. All of my data (passwords, computer info) with answers to the questions asked in the recover PW questionnaire are in documents on the computer I can no longer access. I've made too many attempts at trying to reset PW online and am locked out for 24 hours. I need to speak to person at MS to get help. How do I do that?
