Hard to explain, been happening since today after I installed a few apps, namely Ear Trumpet from Microsoft Store, tried installing and using WindowBlinds from a YouTube QoL recommendations video here and here but uninstalled after it didn't work, as well as Black In Black / BIB here + UltraUXThemePatcher + SecureUXTheme to try and get BIB to work (which it didn't), and finally Twinkle Tray to adjust desktop brightness like you can on laptops.My best guess is the WindowBlinds app **** something up, or Twinkle Tray turning off my screen when it goes to black mode, seemingly coming back on when
