Emails received between the dates 20/12/2022 & 25/01/2023 are gone, and not viewable in any folder. PLEASE HELP

I have been using Mail for Windows 10 for years now and never experienced any problem, but I went to check my emails and discovered all emails I received between these dates (20/12/2022 - 25/01/2023) were completely missing. When I searched for them, I found them briefly, only for the emails to start disappearing on their own, with no notification of deletion or that I archived them. I checked any folders I could, I logged out and back in again, I changed my sync settings, logged in on a separate device, but they are still nowhere to be found.
