Connecting to Ethernet but no option is showing up for it in 'Change Adapter Option' section.

Hi all, Hope everyone is well..., Having a problem here, i'm connected to the Ethernet but the option is not showing up in the 'Change Adapter Options' section, I've looked in device manager the drivers are there, no updates are available, checked hidden files, no luck, and i also attempted to download some network drivers, and restarted countless times, is there a resolution for this please.
