I have been having a very VERY annoying issue present on my PC that I hand Built myself & I would like to know if there is a solution to my problem.

As noted above. This question simply is asking, why EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I "Turn on my PC," My app's open as directed through the "Startup" process I have selected, & than my app's open as they should, but than a browser window opens with 4 tabs open, 2 showing the same thing, the other two showing another thing ( also mirrored ). I do not understand this AT all. Is there anyone out there who can HELP me dissolve why my Computer is doing this and why every time I turn off my Computer & turn it back on, I have to do 1,000 step's before I can even begin enjoying my time on my Computer.BU
