Before this all started happening, I installed Dolphin Emulator and played Wii Sports on it. I played Wii Boxing and noticed my FPS on the game was quite low, and it made my laptop start to run a bit off. I decided to factory reset my laptop, and I wanted to play ROBLOX but then my FPS was spiking constantly. I then fresh and cleaned installed windows and the problem is still persisting.
