I'll be browsing the internet or whatever and suddenly the mouse cursor locks up and then a moment later the whole PC does and I have to manually restart it. It happens at least once a day. I don't know what's causing this but it's a problem because sometimes it happens during Zoom meetings and my boss loses his temper (he knows nothing about computers and thinks I'm screwing around and I'm scared to speak up because he doesn't let us talk). Why does this happen and how can I stop it? It's not a virus because I have antivirus software that has worked for years.
