Cannot print after November Windows Update, Spooler Operation Failed - stopping and restarting spooler not helping.

I have an HP Officejet 8025 and since updating windows 10 in November 2022, I'm no longer able to print anything. When I try to print, the document goes to the print queue for less than a second, then just disappears immediately without printing anything. The Scanner portion works, I can print from my phone, I can print from my wife's computer, but not my PC. I've tried Removing Printer in Devices, deleting all the drivers and reinstalling several times. I've tried checking my firewall and putting my device under "trusted devices".
