Hi. I restarted the computer, and it happened again. When I go to the desktop and try to open a program through the desktop, I can open it by clicking double times on the program(standard way), but I wanted to refresh and right-click on an empty area, and it started loading. Stuck at it (as the mouse cursor is loading). After that, I cannot click on program icons on the desktop. And after some time, I tried to open file explorer through the taskbar, and it gave EXPLORER.EXE error, system call failed. Can you help me, please? Btw I don't use any anti-virus programs. I trust windows defender))
