Hello,as the title says I can no longer access my laptop, I have tried to access troubleshoot but every time it requires a password of an account that doesn't accept my password. I cannot reset my PC because it contains some important info that I have forgotten and I wanna make sure they are there. I have been trying to find a password cracker but all of them are either detected as viruses from my windows defender or they require the paid version.
