Acer Aspire A315-41-R3BW - Modded with 32gb RAM and SSD. Screen and audio hangs. not sure what is causing. Error details in text

I have an Acer aspire A315-41-R3BW - which i replaces the stock RAM with 32gb RAM and the HDD with SSD about 1 year ago. When it is plugged in ONLY, the laptop screen goes black and freezes, in some instances i get a blue screen with various errors but i have not saved them. The latest event happend while i had multiple tabs using chrome open and was on a zoom call, NO BSOD was displayed. Windows event viewer - System - gave the following critical errors:Event 6008, volmgr event 161, Kernel-Power event id 41 category (63), BugCheck event id 1001i am not sure how to attach the memory.dmp file h
