i need help i have absolutely no audio and when i play youtube videos with my headset plugged in it lags its not my headset

if i plug in my headset i will receive no audio, also when i play a youtube video for example there will be no audio and the video will lag for example the video will not get passed the 10 second mark because of how laggy it is. when i play video games on my computer it lags and stutters to the point i cant even do anything
