After installation of Windows 10 without a disk nothing works on my HP laptop. I had windows 8 previously. Don't know how to fix anything.

My cousin that is in his second year in university and studying to become a computer engineer installed windows 10 on my HP laptop without a disk. My laptop was on windows 8 previously. Since he installed windows 10 nothing works on my laptop. It's extremely slow, my windows key doesn't work, Google chrome doesn't work, I have two email accounts on my laptop. One for my brother and one for myself. Not one of the two email addresses are working. Everything seems to be wrong. Big please help urgently what should I do?
