I have installed windows 10 on my HP laptop. I am very certain it has crashed. I had windows 8.1 previously on my HP laptop. It's now more than 10 days since I installed windows 10. Nothing works on my laptop. Windows doesn't work right. There are keys on my keyboard that doesn't work anymore. Google chrome doesn't respond. There seems to be so very much wrong and I don't know where to begin to fix it. I also can't get into my emails either. Need help urgently big please. I am old and don't know where to start.
