I have a PC, but for comparison I have a school laptop I use. I have both Korean keyboards downloaded on them, however for some reason whenever I try to write in Hangul, it keeps resetting into the English alphabet on the Korean keyboard itself (on PC). When I use any application, it switches back to English, but when I tried typing in the Cortana/search bar on the Windows button, it switches properly. And for comparison, I've never had this problem on my school laptop, but I haven't messed with anything on both devices, so I don't know why.I think I had this problem with Japanese and Chinese
