Windows 10 Interactive Logon: Machine Inactivity Resetting to Zero

Interactive Logon: Machine Inactivity Limit Resetting to Zero and all of a suddent stopped working, now users account remains accessible with no timeout, this wasn't the case two(2) weeks ago. GPUpdate doesn't seem to resolve this once the device is rebooted. How can I resolve this?
