Hi, we're having a problem when we put an EE SIM Card in a laptop which has a Mobile Broadband modem in it. In Windows 10 it shows signal for EE but when you click connect the following message appears: "Can't connect to this network. mobile data isn't working properly. try again later"The SIM Card works fine in a Mobile Broadband device and if I put an O2 Sim card in the laptop that works too. My question is, where does Windows get the initial APN profile for EE? I thought it downloaded over the air but I've read conflicting information that suggests the data in already built into the OS.
