Sticky notes unable to sync

Hi,I have been trying to sync my sticky notes on this new PC and I could not get it to work.What I have tried:1. Sign out microsoft account and re-signin2. Reset sticky notes via Settings > Apps & Features3. Force sync via Sticky Notes > Settings > Sync Now4. Restart PC before all previous steps5.
