Internet speed drops to 3 mbps when Hotspot is enabled

I have a problem with a windows 10 hotspot. When the hotspot is off the internet has an average speed of 30-40mb/s. When I start the hotspot the speed drops to 3-5 mbps. Has anyone had a similar problem before?Winows 10Version 21H2 19044.2486
