Why is my Widows Key not working?

I have tried to update my computer from Windows 10 version 21H2 to Windowsm10 version 22H2 and have downloaded and installed Windows10upgrade9252.exe and everything still seems to work - all my apps etc EXCEPT my win key AND I still seem to be on Windows 10 verion 21H2!!! Without the Win Key I can't access system settings or anything!! Can any one help???? PLEASE!!
