A problem appeared out of nowhere on my pc recently where the internet settings stopped working and would close whenever opened, resulting in me being unable to connect to the internet. After searching for hours trying things like scans and console commands nothing worked. My only hope was to do a fresh install of windows to get my system back to normal, however that seems to have failed me.
