I was reseting my computer and getting rid of all the files, it asked me if I wanted to do the install over cloud or drive, i picked cloud as i was connected to a decent internet, and every thin was going well until i got to the installation phase and it froze, i tried turning it off and back on, but it was still on the same screen, it starts moving but after about 15 seconds it freezes again its stuck at 65%, i tried letting the battery run out and then plugging back in to see if that would work but nope it is stuck please help.
