yahoo messages often appear with all the computer language so messing up the email, on my laptop not my phone

I use a HP laptop and have a mail account where I use all my different accounts - gmail, btinternet as well as hotmail. However, yahoo messages often appear with all the computer language as well, this doesn't happen on my phone, can someone give me a fix? Many thanks
