When I log into my Microsoft Account and want to click on any of the settings it asks for a VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY and it defaults to an account that I don't have as it shows the first letters of the email account that I don't have. It also gives you the option to send a TEXT to my phone but I never receive the text message. It is the correct number and keep trying but the code never comes. PLEASE HELP I am able to log into my account but can't make any changes as it asks for a VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY
