some of my keyboard keys stopped working and now none of them do

hello good people. i have acer nitro 5 and a while ago some of my laptop's keyboard keys stopped working (m,b,v and the space bar) and when i press the "S" key i get "S2" instead of only "S" now none of the buttons work.i tried updating the driver and removing and installing them but it also didn't work, troubleshooting didn't work as well. what can be causing the problem and what can i do to solve it?
