After Windows Update automatically installed the Windows 10 Updates KB5019275 & KB 5022478 I noticed some connectivity issues with my PC (Dell XPS8930, Windows 10 Pro, 64bit).I performed an Ookla Speedtest using the installed app and obtained upload speeds averaging 400kbps, with an initial max speed of < 1mbps. The normal upload speed for this PC is ~ 40mbps, as tested earlier in the day/week.The download speeds measured normally at ~ 950mbps both before and after the updates in question.I tried to resolve the issue by uninstalling both Windows Updates, restarting the PC, and repairin
