Hello together,we have a User with a broken start menu on his laptop. Hitting the win key, or pressing it with a mouse will result to a colored icon, but not open up the menu. Details:This Error only occurs for one specific user on this machine. It happens on windows 10 and 11 likewise.Reinstalling Windows (completely via PXE) or recreating the User fixes this problem temporary. After some weeks it will come again.Also, the User cannot use any Office 365 products on this machine (local does not, internet versions are still working). I am not sure if this is the result of the same problem.Error
