A corrupt driver wrecked my system and now I'm trapped in the Startup Repair menu and every single option fails

So I recently updated my system and for some reason Windows Update installed an optional NVIDIA driver that I very specifically DID NOT tell it to install because it's corrupt and every time I install it it wrecks my system (it tries to install that same corrupt driver every single time I run Windows Update, and only occasionally listens when I tell it not to. Normally this is not a problem, because I can just run System Restore from the Startup Repair menu (and had in fact successfully done so not five minutes earlier for the exact same reason).Only this time, System Restore wouldn't go throu
