I am using an HP Probook 470 G4. I usually use two displays with my HP monitor. But after changing the initial PC I had, which was a Dell machine, I have run into a problem. When I connect the laptop to the charging port, the second monitor gets disconnected and no longer shows anything, almost as if it is not working. I wanted help on how to work around this and also wanted to find out if this is a hardware or software problem. because it immediately moves all the items from the second display back onto the main display of the laptop.
