Can’t reinstall Bluetooth driver Windows 10

My Bluetooth on/off toggle disappeared so I uninstalled the Bluetooth driver in device manager. Now I cannot get it back. I have tried advanced trouble shoot and I have tried scan for hardware changes. I have tried to manually install Intel Bluetooth driver but receive an error message stating ‘this software package cannot be installed on your system”.
