Windows 10 now shows "Ethernet" doesn't have a valid IP configuration

after playing on m y computer for a few hours my computer suddenly stopped connecting to ethernet and now only connects to wifi the computer registers having an ethernet connection but cannot connect to the internet for some reasoni have tried everything in this post :Redirecting whenever i try to do ipconfig /renew it does not finish the command and gets stuck until i close the programresults from the troubleshooter: Details about network adapter diagnosis:
