Why high DPC latency and interrupt to process latency with Win 10 22H2 and Win 11 22H2?

I'm trying to build and sell PC's for use with real time audio processing applications. Earlier versions of Windows 10 (1909) did not exhibit this issue. Only Windows 10 21H2 and higher (Windows 11 21H2 and 22H2) exhibit this problem. I know I'm not the only one with this problem and I'm sure MS is aware of the issue. Is MS ever going to fix this? It makes windows 10 or 11 incapable of running DAW applications reliably.
