My users profiles will not boot. I’m getting the screen stating that they can’t be access or not available. My device is not letting me restore the system. My device is not going into the profile switcher which I have created multiple profiles through command prompt to try to resolve the issue. with out me being able to reinstall the operating system through command, prompt or any other means, how am I able to get this taken care of?
