When my Windows 10 desktop PC turns off or shuts the monitors off (set for 15 min), one monitor goes off and dark, but the second one keeps searching for a signal and stays slightly illuminated. They both come on just fine, but I don't want the one always on, and it's been doing this for a couple years.I have swapped the display cables, I have swapped the ports they are plugged into, and I just got a new video card. The same thing happens. If I swap cables or ports the other monitor's swap roles (the off one stays on and vice versa). It is not the display adapter as I just installed a new one,
