I cannot get into recovery screen to clean install my PC. It keeps sending me to a bit locker key screen. I don't have a key. When I try to boot off of a USB drive that has windows 10 media on it, it just shuts down. I am able to get into Asus bios. My computer is a Asus ROG strix g712.
