Bad sectors on Seagate ST2000DM001 HDD. The end?

hello.i am using a Seagate st2000dm001 hard drive which apparently has "bad sectors" on it. i am running HD Tune 2.55 right now and i have already found 4 bad sectors. The hard drive is somewhere around 8-9 years old now. i've been getting a lot disk read errors while gaming recently. is it possible to fix the hard drive? or is it finally after all those years time to say goodbye to it, throw it in the dumpster and buy a new HDD?
