My browser would freeze whenever I played a video on YouTube or a song on Spotify. I first though this was an error from my browser (Brave) so I downloaded a different browser (Firefox) and the issue persisted. I turned my PC off and on again to find this error. The message screen/UI keeps stuttering and going black for a split second before re-appearing again. What should I do?
