Windows freezes during normal use of my computer (e.g., when opening file explorer, browser, etc). After a while, I get BSOD with the message:"Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you....Stop code: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED"This is most common after startup but can happen any time. The frequency varies, sometimes any time I login.I have enabled Minidump file creation but no files are created after crashes so I cannot get any clues as to why this is happening.How can I get data to start to diagnose this problem?OS Nam
