C:\ extend

Hi MS teamI purchased Windows 10 Pro with Dell retailing while buying the laptop. It had just 100GB for C:\ which was 90% already consumed with preinstalled apps. I like to extend by another 100 GB. Since it is OS drive I could not use diskpart or disk management to extext it.Since Dell provided me only a recovery disk (NOT USB) how can I now reinstall windows 10 prof? Please advice. thank you
