How do i change the gpu that windows uses?

I don't like that it uses the nvidia gpu even on battery when it could use the integrated graphighs. It makes the fans run more which use the battery and I don't wan t that. I want it so that only my games use the nvidia gpu and everything else is the intel uhd graphighs.
