I cannot download purchases from Microsoft Store onto my PC.

After clicking Install there is a brief delay then the message "There has been a problem at our end." No additional explanation. How can I fix this? I've tried logging out and logging in. I've tried resetting the store through the command prompt. Any other suggestions?
