My microsoft store will not load properly and has a dark shade to the icon. PLEASE HELP.

I have tried almost everything to get my microsoft store to work again. Nothing prevails. It shows a darker shade and i cannot uninstalll Microsoft Store - in the Apps and Features tab. I believe this is what is preventing me from playing certain games. Please help me out.
