cant download any app from windows store

just started having trouble downloading any app from the app store what ever i do it just wont work never had this problem before very annoying can anyone help

Why cant I open Microsoft store app? I bought a second hand home PC. Activation tells me I cant use the old 10 home version... it came with 10 pro.
