Hi, I have a Dell laptop that had Windows 10 preinstalled from factory. I worked as a freelancer, and one of my employers gave me a Windows 10 Enterprise key to upgrade my system because I needed disk encryption. My contract with them has ended and I want to go back to the windows 10 version I had before, as I want to avoid future problems (and I suspect this is the reason why I can't upgrade to windows 11).I have done a factory reset with the option to keep the files, but this didn't work. I can't quite find the solution. Any ideas?Many thanks in advance
